　First of all, I have to start by apologizing about my pictures. They portray the Red-Hot Bullet as a light and/or pinkish color. Its just the lighting here. In person, bullet and controller are matte plastic with a PU coating that makes it feel velvety-soft, and is true crimson red. Very sexy!

I was surprised at the power of this bullet. The vibrations feature a high-frequency rumble. The first speed is probably powerful enough for most users, and there is 3 more to choose from! Each increase of the speeds increases the frequency as well, although it does get a little buzzy, the vibrations still penetrate. It is definitely strong enough to cause numb fingers if held too long.

The bullet itself is a standard size bullet (not mini or egg), 2” with a 1” diameter, and could be used to replace week bullets in other toys. 　Honestly? This was just ‘okay’ for me. While some may prefer that it is scentless, I really love Goodvibes amazingly aromatic “Me” line, and was hoping to catch an exciting scent to get my blood flowing. I tend to associate certain smells with arousal, so this kinda bummed me out.

As far its lubricating and warming performance, again, I just felt “meh”. The lube was on the watery side, felt somewhat sticky, and left a bit of an oily residue. Not exactly what I am looking for in a lube.

Twenty-two short stories, and 162 pages, make up this scorching compilation. The length of most of these were perfect; I was able to read one or two while warming myself up and then put the book down for another time while I finished off. I found them to be more in the realm of erotic, some not actually even engaging in sex, compared its internet counterparts who concentrate more on the act itself. I’m still not really sure if I prefer this style more or not, I did notice that I sometimes found myself wishing something really hot would happen that would push me over the edge. I think these are great for reading aloud to a partner as foreplay perhaps than having the intensity I would want for a solo session.

Each story was written by a different author, with Alison Tyler editing the book. I found all of the stories to be well-written and love the different flavor that each author was able to provide. The Soft Blindfold is made of an interesting and comfortable material. It actually reminds me of a cross between felt and velvet. It has the thick, non-fraying qualities of felt, though it has the soft, velvety texture of… well, velvet. Whatever it is (it doesn’t say on the package), unlike other materials, there is no need to sew this material as it is just cut to size. This is great because it means you don’t have to worry about seams coming apart. The only place it is sewed is in a double zigzag stitch on each side, connecting the elastic to the mask.

For sizing this is pretty universal. The mask is 9” long, and 3 ½” wide at the largest part where it covers the eyes. The elastic is 12 ½” long, 1” wide, and very stretchy; capable of expanding approximately 3x its original length. The shortcoming between the two materials is that with the mask only being on cut layer, there is no way to hide the ends of the elastic, and users with very sensitive skin may find the elastic scratches on the skin. I, however, did not have this problem.

The material does have one important advantage though. It can easily be trimmed to size if it doesn’t fit perfectly to start, with no worry of fraying. Just be sure to fold the mask in half so the changes are identical on both sides, and only trim a little at a time so as not to accidentally make it too small.

If you are looking for total sight deprivation or materials of only the highest quality, this won’t make the top of your list. Although I cannot see through the material at all, I can always see down just a bit as it doesn’t hug my cheeks quite snuggly enough. For purposes with my husband, we just enjoy the excitement and change of pace that introducing the Soft Blindfold produce, without being overly concerned if the product is perfect. For those who are looking for a blindfold for use in every encounter, you might want to consider upgrading.

My favorite thing about the Wave by Whipspider is that every time I use it, I like it better and better. I swear, one of these times I’m going to die of pleasure! But at the same time, I have to admit that this one is not without its drawbacks, and might not be ideal for everyone.

Like all Whipspider toys, the Wave is handcrafted and 100% medical-grade silicone. It is absolutely exquisite. The coloring is truly reminisce of the ocean, aqua and pearlized blue swirled together to create a gorgeous marbled effect. The silicone is completely seam-free, has a pretty good amount of squeezability, and is pretty flexible. I am able to bend it completely down to its base, and while this might be a problem in other g-spotting toys, because of the way its shaped, it is still able to provide pretty firm pressure in use.

The silicone is shiny and smooth, though my fingers can detect the unnoticeable “bumps” that characterize this as truly handmade. Care really does need to taken with this one though because the silicone scratches pretty easily. This is something I never noticed in other toys before, but it has scratches from where my nails scraped it and from times I carelessly set it aside. It actually feels almost sticky, is a total lint magnet, and has a heavy drag requiring a bit of lube to get started. As with all silicone, is non-porous though, and there is no need to reapply lube as it won’t soak in or rub away.

So… about that crazy shape and why it works!

The wave has a very curved shaft, nearly a 90 degree angle, and is about 8” long. In many toys this would make it too intense for most users, but in this case, I think it makes ideal for reaching most g-spots. Why? Because the deep curve, combined with its flexibility, mean that you can insert however deeply or shallow as needed, you can stroke hard and fast or massage nice and slow, and it will exert a decent amount of pressure without getting hooked on the inner pubic bone. I admit, I tend to steer away from flexible g-spotting toys because I like firm pressure on mine. But with the Wave, the curve, when flexed, puts tension against the upper walls of the vagina (and g-spot) so you can get pressure without having to use a rigid toy.






But I also mentioned that it wasn’t perfect for everyone…

First of all, this is fairly heavy at 12 ounces, and a bit cumbersome after prolonged stroking. The base is not harness compatible, and is rather large. Can you get carpal tunnel from a dildo?

Secondly, depending on the user, this may too big for some. It starts out innocuously enough at just under 1 inch in diameter, and by four inches deep (most g-spots are no more than 4“), it is as wide as 1 ¾ diameter, and it continues to balloon out to 2 ½” in diameter at the outside base. What’s nice about that is that you can choose just how much you want to take on any given day. Size queens will love this toy, beginners may find it a bit overwhelming.

How it worked for me…

I found that the Wave worked both for me and against me at the same time. Because it starts at such a small diameter, I am able to work it in rather easily, and take more and more as I become increasingly aroused. With the Wave I don’t have to search around for my g-spot, it seems to find it like a magnet. And when I am really excited, it seems like it is able to stroke it no matter how deep I have it inserted. So I am able to thrust, massage, and have that full feeling all at the same time.

Yet at the same time, the graduated diameter works against me, constantly pushing the toy back out. In one way I really appreciate it, I lay my palm on my mons and tap my fingers on the base to push it back in. But if I move my hand away at all, I spit it back out like bullet out of a gun. And you guys know that I am a very lazy masturbator. I don’t want to work for an orgasm!

So I tried using my pillow trick, placing a long pillow under my knees and bringing my ankles close to my butt so the pillow will help hold the toy inside me while I just rock my pelvis. But this is the first toy that this really didn’t work well. I wasn’t able to keep it snug inside so it felt deep and filling.

Then I tried sitting up on the corner of the bed, but I found that it tended to get too deep this way, and there was no way I could comfortably relax my weight without it getting too intense. (I’m a lazy masturbator, remember?)

I did not try this with a partner, but while some may find it easier, removing the burden of the weight and constant fighting…. it also might be a disserve to those with over-excited (or unaware) partners who may insert to deep and cause pain.

It has the same size, shape, and material, but is make with sucker-like heavy texture (the Wave is completely smooth) that resembles the tentacle of an octopus. So, you can add vibrations or texture because variety is the spice of life!

It arrived in a clear recloseable plastic bag that could be used for storage, but wasn’t impressive by any means. It included a certificate stating that it hand-crafted and some information on the company itself.

The Wave, as stated above, is 100% silicone. Not only is it non-porous, it is also phthalates-free, hypo-allergenic, and body-safe. It is compatible only with water-based lubes, never silicone-based as they may bond, ruining your beautiful toy. It can be cleaned with soap and warm water or toy cleaner. The head is broad, and angled slightly upwards, which makes it ideal for stroking most g-spots.

The clitoral stimulator is a classic bunny shape, complete with the bunny ears that tickles against the clit. The bunny is also a close relative of Pinocchio, as he has an abnormally long nose (especially for a bunny). I’m not going to complain, however, as it really helped to stimulate my clit. The stimulator is highly flexible, though it does have enough “pressure” that it sits nicely on the clit, rather that hovering over it or squeezing too hard against it. The entire stimulator will reach 2” long and is a 1” diameter. I was happy that it actually reached my clit properly, as it seems that oftentimes toys either miss my clit all together, or at the very least find that it only reaches my lower clit, whereas I prefer the feel the vibrations at the top of my clitoral hood.

FUNCTIONS / PERFORMANCE / CONTROLS CONTROLS
The control panel was pretty easy to figure out, although I admit, one thing did throw me off. To power the until, either the vibration (+) button, or the rotation (+) button must be held for 2 seconds. However, the unit didn’t actually turn on until after I let go of the button. Ditto for shutting it off, so don’t be afraid to let go of the buttons if they don’t seem to be working.

Altogether there are five buttons, a (+) for vibration, which can power the unit or increase the vibration through its three speeds and a (-) to power the unit off or decrease the speeds. Similarly, it has a (+) and (-) for rotation that will power the unit and increase or decrease it through the 3 levels of rotation. Finally, there is a (R/S) button that will reverse the direction of the shafts rotations.

What I really about the control panel was the light-up panel that with 3 lights under each feature (control and vibration) that stayed lit correlating to the different speeds. What would have made it better is if it didn’t have small plastic buttons on a smooth plastic panel that made it difficult to discern which button was being pushed at times. A minor annoyance to me that could be a major problem for someone with hand/nerve issues.

PROS
I’ll admit, I was kinda surprised that this actually turned out to be a pretty good g-spotter. The rotation provides that constant stroking pressure, although the pressure is pretty decent, its not strong and deep like you might get with a g-spotting hook. On the downward rotation it is also possible to stimulate the a-spot. For me, I wasn’t able to stimulate the g-spot and a-spot at the same time as the shaft wasn’t quite thick enough, and my g-spot is deeper than my a-spot.

I was also pretty happy with the clitoral stimulator. As stated above, it does reach my clit, an accomplishment in itself. But what’s really great are the moderately strong, deep rumbly vibrations that flutter through the bunny ears. And fortunately, by adjusting the toy deeper, you can put the head of the bunny on your clit (instead of just the ears) and feel deeper, more direct vibrations. I personally find them to be extremely exciting, but just not enough to put me over the edge. So I usually start with it and then switch to another clit stimulator to finish. That said, I do have a clit-o-steel, and I think most users would probably find the stimulator plenty powerful enough.

CONS
I really would have enjoyed this toy more if the shaft vibrated, but it doesn’t. The only vibration is in the clit stimulator. The shaft started off feeling really great with the rotations, but as I got closer and closer to orgasm, and my muscles started to tighten, it would cause the rotation to cease and the sound to increase. While the shower is enough to drown out the noise of this toy, land lovers beware, this toy is not the most discreet if you have thin walls. On vibration only its not too bad, but the rotation causes it to sound like when you try to start a car and the engine won’t catch.

CARE AND MAINTANCE

Maintaining the rabbit is pretty easy. It is compatible with both water-based and/or silicone lubes, a wonderful advantage since it is fully water-proof, and water-based lubes dissipate when introduced to water. Cleaning is simple with warm water and mild soap or toy cleaner, and since it is texture-free, there are no tricky niches that can collect… stuff. Again, because this is a bit smaller than other rabbit vibes, it is a bit easier to store. First remove the 2 AA batteries to extend battery life, and then I suggest placing in a toy pouch or storage bag, not included.

PACKAGING

The package Little Softee arrived in was simple, but feminine. It was showcased in a clear plastic box, held firmly in a clear plastic tray. All the writing is in pretty shades of pink and purple, with simple instructions on the side regarding battery size (2 AA) and how to insert them into the easy-loading tray.

The concept of the Split Dildo is so unique, yet simple at the same time. This silicone beauty is designed to work like two dildos, joined together, that will stimulate both the g-spot and perineal sponge (ps-spot)…. at the same time! And it does this without having to crank your wrist out of joint to angle it.

So, lets get down to the details.

The Split Dildo is absolutely ideal for the ladies, as either slow direct massage or hardcore thrusting, and is harness compatible. While I wouldn’t rule out anal play, because of the size and shape, I imagine only the most experienced of users could enjoy it this way.

The silicone that covers the Split Dildo is completely smooth, silky-soft, with a moderate amount of drag. It becomes oober slippery when a small amount of your favorite water-based lube is applied (avoid other types of lube as they may deteriorate the silicone), and I must highly suggest using some lube at least on the end to aide insertion, even if you don’t normally use any.

It will sit perfectly on its base, and when it does, it resembles a perfect Y shape. The entire toy is 6 inches long, 5 ½” of which are insertable. Each split of the dildo was a just a touch over 1” in diameter, with the combined diameter of 1 3/5”. Now that doesn’t sound too scary, but when you are looking at this thing, believe me, you will be wondering how in the heck you are going to able to work this thing in!? Honestly, its not as bad as it looks, and it may or may not help to have your partner assist you the first time.

So this is where the lube really comes in handy. I found it was easiest to hold the each split together about 1” from the top, ease the bottom split in, angle slightly downwards, and then work the top split in. I did not experience any discomfort at all, even when I wasn’t properly warmed up prior to insertion. However, for those who are very sensitive or absolutely need slimlines, this might be somewhat hard to accommodate. Either way, once the tip has been eased in, the splits work their magic and adapt perfectly to fill you inside without an uncomfortable stretch.

So on to how this thing actually works!

The splits naturally curve away from each, although they can pushed back together with no more pressure than it takes to open a clothespin. And no matter how much, or how long the splits are held together, once released they spring back to their original Y shape. And it is because of this that it works so perfectly inside. I find the amount of pressure it exerts is absolutely perfect! It is definitely stronger than toys that feature a gentle bump, but is not quite as severe as rigid toys with a deep hook. And you can choose to make concentrated strokes back and forth over the g-spot -oh yeah!- or go for the deep stroke. Both feel absolutely yummy! Either way, it never snags my pubic bone, it never feels uncomfortable, and the base is the perfect size to keep hold of. The only thing that would make this easier would be to add some texture to the sides of the base so my hand would recognize if it gets turned off-center. Even if it is sideways, it doesn’t hurt, it just doesn’t hit the sweet spots. If you are really sensitive to g-spot pressure, you could use a condom to hold the splits more tightly together.

As afore mentioned, it is made of 100% medical-grade platinum silicone that is body-safe, hypo-allergenic, and phthalates-free!
